C5-33. - Tentative map scale and form.

C5-31. - Generally.

For the purposes of this division, the specific requirements for tentative, final and parcel maps shall be governed by the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. No. 406, § 2, 10-28-2008)

C5-32. - Tentative map requirement.

A. A tentative and final map shall be required for all divisions of land, with the exception of subdivisions described in Section 66426, of the Subdivision Map Act. Maps shall be prepared in accordance with the provisions of this division and the Subdivision Map Act. B. A tentative and parcel map shall be required for all divisions of land creating four or fewer parcels unless otherwise provided by this division. C. A vesting tentative map may be used in any circumstance where a tentative map may be filed. The form, content, and accompanying data for a vesting tentative map shall be the same as provided under Sections C5-42 and C5-43 for a tentative map except that the words "Vesting Tentative Map" shall be printed conspicuously on the face of the proposed vesting tentative map. The vesting tentative map shall be filed, processed, and acted upon in the same manner as a tentative map. If approved, the vesting tentative map shall have all the rights provided under Chapter 4.5 (Section 66498.1 et seq.) of the Subdivision Map Act. (Ord. No. 406, § 2, 10-28-2008)

C5-33. - Tentative map scale and form.

The scale of the map shall not be a larger ratio that one inch equals one hundred feet. If necessary to provide the proper scale, more than one sheet may be used, but the relationship of the several sheets must be clearly shown on each sheet. No sheet shall exceed twenty-four inches in width and thirty-six inches in length. (Ord. No. 406, § 2, 10-28-2008)
