2.34.010 - Declaration of necessity—Powers and duties.¶
It is hereby found and declared that there is a need for the industrial development authority of the city of San Rafael (the "authority"), created by Section 91520 (a) of the California Industrial Development Financing Act, and that the authority shall function in the city, and the authority is hereby authorized to transact business and to exercise all powers permitted by law.

2.34.020 - Provisions subject to referendum.¶
Pursuant to Section 91520 (b) of the California Industrial Development Financing Act, the ordinance codified in this chapter is subject to the provisions for referendum set forth in Sections 3753 through 3756 of the California Elections Code.
