4.80.4410 - Building development fee program fund established.¶

There is hereby created and established the "Building Development Fee Program Fund."

4.80.4420 - Source of monies.¶

The source of monies budgeted and accounted for in the Building Development Fee Program Fund shall be the fees paid for permits issued under Title 24 of the San José Municipal Code.

Monies in the Building Development Fee Program Fund shall be used to pay for the cost of administration and enforcement of the permits issued under Title 24 of the San José Municipal Code.
