4.80.3900 - Supplemental law enforcement services fund established.¶

There is hereby created and established the "Supplemental Law Enforcement Services Fund."

4.80.3910 - Source of monies.¶

Monies shall be deposited in this fund received from the state pursuant to the provisions of state grant agreements for supplemental law enforcement services.

Monies in the Supplemental Law Enforcement Services Fund shall be expended for only the purposes specified in the state grant agreements.
