4.80.4370 - Coronavirus relief fund established.

There is hereby created and established the "Coronavirus Relief Fund."

4.80.4380 - Source of monies.

The source of monies budgeted and accounted for in the Coronavirus Relief Fund shall be monies received pursuant to section 601(a) of the Social Security Act, as added by section 5001 of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act, as may be amended, which is referred to in this Ordinance as the CARES Act.

4.80.4390 - Expenditures.

Monies in the Coronavirus Relief Fund shall be expended as authorized by the City Council for use in accordance with the CARES Act and guidelines promulgated by the federal government.

Interest which accrues from monies in the Coronavirus Relief Fund shall be credited to this Fund.
