4.80.3850 - San José/Santa Clara treatment plant fund established.¶

There is hereby created and established the "San José/Santa Clara Treatment Plant Fund."

4.80.3860 - Source of monies.¶

Monies shall be deposited in this fund pursuant to the provisions of the 1959 Treatment Plant Master Agreement between the City of San José and the City of Santa Clara and master agreements with each of the Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP) tributary agencies.
