3904.1 General requirements.

Systems and equipment used with the processing and extraction of oils and

products from plants shall comply with Sections 3904.2 through 3904.7, 5003.2, other applicable provisions of this code, the California Building Code, and the California Mechanical Code.

Section 3904 of the 2025 California Fire Code is amended by adding the following new subsections:
