7-1200 - DEFINITION: MARKET MILK.

"Market milk" is milk supplied to the consumer in the natural fluid state, or prepared for human consumption without being converted into any other form or product, and shall conform to the standards provided therefor in Chapter 2 of Part 2 of Division 15 (commencing with section 35751) of the Agricultural Code of the State of California. Except as otherwise specifically provided, "market milk" includes "market cream."

7-1201 - INSPECTION FEES.

Fees for inspection service of market milk pursuant to this chapter may be set by resolution of the Board of Supervisors or the Board of Trustees of the Local Health District as directed by resolution of the Board of Supervisors. Such fees shall conform with the requirements of Article 8 (commencing with Section 33251) of Chapter 4 of Part 1 of Division 15 of the Food and Agricultural Code.
