7-1100 - LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person, without at the time having a license as in this chapter provided, shall carry on, practice, or profess to practice the art of fortune telling, palmistry, clairvoyance, mediumship, astrology, phrenology, life reading, crystal gazing, prophecy, augury, divination, or magic for his own profit or benefit, or as agent or employee of any other person or otherwise.

7-1101 - FEE.

Every person, before carrying on the business or profession or art described in Section 7-1100, shall pay a license fee of Five Hundred Dollars ($500) per month, to be paid to the County Treasurer.
