5-6600 - SCOPE.

The provisions of this part shall concern industrial waste not discharged to a public sewer.

5-6601 - JURISDICTION.

All wastes covered under this part shall meet the requirements of the County Environmental Health Department, the State Regional Water Pollution Control Board, Central Valley Region, and all other public agencies having jurisdiction.

5-6602 - NO WASTEWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT REQUIRED.

Disposal of waste under this part shall not require an industrial waste permit hereunder.
