5-6700 - SERVICE FEES.

Service fees and connection fees as set and established from time to time by the Board of Supervisors of the County shall be paid by applicant or his successor, for the privilege of:

(a) Connecting to the sewer system of the County;

(b) Using the sewage transmission system of the County;

(c) Receiving the treatment of sewage.

5-6701 - DETERMINATION OF SERVICE FEES.

The service fees for uses or structures not covered in the action of the Board of Supervisors setting fees, and all questions concerning classification or fees shall be determined by the Director.

5-6702 - DISCONNECTION OF SERVICE.

The Director is hereby authorized and directed to disconnect the service upon nonpayment of fees.
