3).

The MB-NC-3 District is located along Third Street between 16th and Channel Streets. This district is intended to provide a wide range of comparison and specialty goods and services to a population greater than the immediate neighborhood, in addition to providing convenience goods and services to local residents. Most commercial and other

nonresidential uses are permitted on the first and second story only. The second story may be used by some retail stores personal services, and medical, business professional offices, and live/work units. The upper four stories are to be residential.
