REQUIREMENTS FOR ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS 110.15 Revise this section as follows: 110.15 High-Leg Marking. On a 4-wire, delta-connected system where the midpoint of one phase winding is grounded, only the conductor or busbar having the higher phase voltage to ground shall be durably and permanently marked by an outer finish that is [ ← ] purple in color or by other effective means. Such identification shall be placed at each point on the system where a connection is made if the grounded conductor is also present. Information Note: Identification of Ungrounded Branch Circuit Conductors & Feeder conductors shall comply with Section 210.5(C)(1) Branch Circuits Supplied from More Than One Nominal Voltage System & 215.12(C)(1) Feeders Supplied from More Than One Nominal Voltage System. 110.26(A)(3) Revise this section as follows: (3) Height of Working Space. The work space shall be clear and extend from the grade, floor, or platform to a height of 2.0 m (6 1/2 ft) or the height of the equipment, whichever is greater. Within the height requirements of this section, other equipment [ ← ] that is associated with the electrical installation and is located above or below the electrical equipment shall be permitted to extend not more than 150 mm (6 in.) beyond the front of the electrical equipment. Exception No. 3: Meters that are installed in meter sockets shall be permitted to extend beyond the other equipment. The meter socket shall be required to follow the rules of this section. 110.26(B) Revise this section as follows: (B) Clear Spaces. Working space required by this section shall not be used for storage. When normally enclosed live parts are exposed for inspection or servicing, the working space, if in a passageway or general open space, shall be suitably guarded.
