356.10 Revise the first sentence of this section and item (5) as follows:
356.10 Uses Permitted. LFNC shall be permitted to be used in exposed locations in lengths not to exceed 1.8m (6 feet) or concealed locations
where encased in concrete for the following purposes:
(5) When approved by the AHJ, Type LFNC shall be permitted to be installed in lengths longer than 1.8 m (6 feet) where secured in accordance
with 356.30.
