1311A.1 Inspection form.

The Department shall provide standardized forms, that may be paper and/or electronic suitable for conducting a valid water conservation inspection and certifying compliance with the requirements of this chapter. The inspection form shall be completed and signed by a qualified inspector, furnished to the permit applicant, building owner or the owner’s authorized representative, and submitted to the Department in accordance with this Section.
