SEC. 69.1. THE SAN FRANCISCO HEALTH AUTHORITY; ESTABLISHMENT.

Pursuant to the authority granted to the City and County of San Francisco by Welfare and Institutions Code Section 14087.36 (hereafter, "Section 14087.36"), there is hereby established the San Francisco Health Authority as a public entity separate and distinct from the City and County of San Francisco.
