SEC. 66.17. VALIDATION.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, an action may be brought under Chapter 9 (commencing with Section 860) of Title 10 of Part 2 of the California Code of Civil Procedure, to determine the validity of any bonds issued pursuant to the Act or this Chapter 66, the validity of any loans
made pursuant to the Act or this Chapter, the validity of any contracts entered into pursuant to the Act or this Chapter, and any related documents. If an action is commenced, the action shall be brought in the Superior Court in and for the City and County of San Francisco.
