SEC. 44.8. ASSISTANCE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE COUNTY PLAN.

The Department of Public Health and the Commission on the Aging shall assist the Council in the development of the City and County plan for adult day health care. Staff support shall be provided by the Department of Public Health.
