SEC. 116.4. PROTECTION FOR EXISTING PLACES OF ENTERTAINMENT.

No permitted Place of Entertainment shall be or become a public or private nuisance on the basis of noise disturbance if the Place of Entertainment operates in compliance with the Municipal Code and the terms of its permits.
