San Francisco Administrative Code § 41.24 Construction

(a) Nothing in this Chapter may be construed to supersede any other lawfully enacted ordinance of the City and County of San Francisco, except that definitions provided in this Chapter shall govern the enforcement of this Chapter. (b) Clauses of this Chapter are declared to be severable and if any provision or clause of this Chapter or the application thereof is held to be unconstitutional or to be otherwise invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions of this Chapter.
