SEC. 34.4. VARIANCE GRANTED BY ZONING ADMINISTRATOR.

Whenever the Zoning Administrator shall issue a decision granting a variance pursuant to Charter Section 4.105 and the Planning Code, the Zoning Administrator shall immediately transmit a copy of such decision to the Assessor.
