SEC. 34.1. ZONING RECLASSIFICATION ENACTED BY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS.

Whenever the Board of Supervisors shall, by ordinance, enact a zoning reclassification of property pursuant to Charter Section 4.105 and the Planning Code, the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors shall immediately notify the Assessor of such action in writing.
