If, after reviewing the recommendation of the Director of Planning for designation of an area, the Chief

Administrative Officer is satisfied that the area is appropriate for designation as a Residential Rehabilitation Area, the Chief Administrative Officer shall recommend to the Board of Supervisors that it designate the area as a Residential Rehabilitation Area. Along with any recommendation of an area for designation as a Residential Rehabilitation Area, the Chief Administrative Officer shall transmit to the Board of Supervisors the Director of Planning's opinion given pursuant to Section 32.41(c).
