SEC. 30.34. PRESENTATION OF PLAN.

The Director of the Department of Children, Youth, and Their Families shall present a plan for implementation of this Article, including identification of possible funding sources, to the Board of Supervisors by January 1, 2011. The goal is to open the Academies in time for the 20112012 school year.
