SEC. 30.33. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS.

Each training program shall, subject to the availability of funding:

  1. Meet high school credit and graduation requirements;

  2. Provide paid internships;

  3. Recruit participants from all neighborhoods and schools; and,

  4. Provide tuition assistance for post-secondary education or training that leads to specific career opportunities.
