SEC. 16.38. ESTIMATES BY BOARD OF LENGTH OF SERVICE, ETC.

If it shall be impracticable for the Retirement Board to determine from the records the length of service, the compensation or the age of any members, the Board may estimate, for the purposes hereof, such length of service, compensation or age.
