Upon Termination of a Franchise, the City may, by ordinance, acquire ownership or effect a Transfer of the Facilities, or any portion thereof, for which the Grantee shall be compensated, consistent with Applicable Law. (Added by Ord. 58-00, File No. 000198, App. 4/7/2000)
