San Fernando Municipal Code § 1-10 General penalty

(a) Whenever in this Code or in any other city ordinance any act is prohibited or is made or declared to be unlawful or an offense or the doing of any act is required or the failure to do any act is declared to be unlawful or a misdemeanor, where no specific penalty is provided for, the violation of any such provision of this Code or any other city ordinance shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $1,000.00 or six months' imprisonment. Every day any violation of this Code or any other city ordinance shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.

(b) Violations of the following Code sections shall constitute infractions: sections 10-34 through section 10-37, section 18-33, section 18-93, section 22-28, section 22-102, section 22-133, section 22-140, section 22-356, section 30-28 through 30-30, section 30-94, sections 34-26 through 34-33, sections 34-66 through 34-69, section 50-2, sections 50-133, 50-134, sections 54-1 through 54-25, sections 58-26 through 58-62, sections 58-91 through 58-97, sections 58-126 through 58-131, sections 58-161 through 58-164, sections 58-191 through 58-198, section 58-227, section 58-261, section 58-301, section 58-336, section 66-63, sections 74-2 through 74-11, sections 74-101 through 74-118, sections 74-146 through 74-155, sections 90-2 through 90-5, section 90-156, sections 90-158 through 90-166, sections 90-196 through 90-219, sections 90-246 through 90-253, sections 90-281 through 90-293, sections 90-321 through 90-327, sections 90-421 through 90-423, section 90-489, section 90-497, subsections 90-498(b) through (d), sections 90-527 through 90-530, sections 90-556 through 90-558, section 90-561, sections 90-586 through 90-590, sections 90-616 through 90-620, sections 90-646 through 90-650, sections 90-621 through 90-623, section 90-736, sections 90-741 through 90-748, sections 90-776 through 90-780, sections 90-782 through 90-784, sections 90-942 through 90-953, section 102-141. Any person found guilty of an infraction shall be fined in accordance with state law.
