San Fernando Municipal Code Art. VI Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction

Except as may otherwise be provided herein, the provisions of the 2012 edition of the "Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction" (popularly known as the "Greenbook"), written and promulgated by Public Works Standards, Inc., a mutual benefit corporation, together with such changes as may be published in pamphlet form as amendments to the 2012 edition in each of the two years between publication of a new edition of the Greenbook, are adopted and applicable to all public works construction undertaken after the effective date of this ordinance. One copy of the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction has been and is now filed with the office of the city clerk, and said Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction is adopted by reference as if incorporated and set out at length in this chapter.

Whenever any provision of such Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction hereby adopted conflicts with any other provision or requirement of the Code, such other provision or requirement shall apply.
