Sec. 30-186. - Required.

It shall be unlawful for any person to act as a patrol officer without first obtaining a state license to do so, pursuant to Business and Professions Code § 7520. It shall likewise be unlawful for the operator of a patrol system to employ or utilize the services of any patrol officer who does not have a valid and subsisting license.
