Sec. 2-61. - Regular meetings.

The regular meetings of the council shall be held on the first and third Mondays of each month at 6:00 p.m. Whenever the date for such meeting falls upon a legal holiday, the meeting shall be held on the next business day, unless otherwise ordered by the council.

Sec. 2-62. - Location.

The regular meetings of the council shall be held in the City Hall located at 117 Macneil Street, unless the council by unanimous vote determines to hold a regular meeting at another site within the city. Adjourned meetings, special meetings, and emergency meetings may be held in accordance with law at any location, within or without the corporate limits of the city, as set forth in the order of adjournment and/or notice of meeting.

Sec. 2-63. - Disclosure of information discussed in closed session.

(a) It shall be unlawful for any city official, employee, or member of the city council or any other person in attendance at a closed session of the city council to disclose, discuss, or in any way, manner or form make known to any person outside of the closed session any information discussed in a closed session of the city council, including information concerning any other city official or employee or any other person or any property or governmental affairs of the city, without prior formal authorization of the city council.

(b) Any person violating this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
