3.32.010 - Collection of fees—Establishment of fund.¶
The City shall accept its proportionate fair share of the district's mobile source reduction vehicle registration fee pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 44223. The City shall establish the San Clemente air quality improvement trust fund into which all South Coast air quality mobile source reduction vehicle registration fees distributed to the City shall be deposited.

3.32.020 - Use of fund.¶
All fees deposited into the San Clemente air quality improvement trust fund shall be used to defray the cost of programs designed to reduce air pollution from motor vehicles pursuant to either the California Clean Air Act of 1988 and/or the district's plan prepared pursuant to Section 40460 et seq. of the Health and Safety Code.
