§ 8.93.010 PROHIBITION.¶

It shall be unlawful to bring a bicycle or bicycles into the City Hall or the second or third floors of the City Hall annex.

§ 8.93.020 EXCEPTIONS.¶

Section 8.93.010 shall not apply to police officers or to those who have received the prior written permission of the City Facilities Manager.

Violation of § 8.93.010 shall be either a misdemeanor or an infraction.
