§ 8.51.010 MUFFLER REQUIRED.¶
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to use, run or operate any stationary engine driven by means of internal combustion of gases therein within the city without placing upon the exhaust thereof a muffler or other device so as to silence the noise or report caused by the escaping of such gases from and through such exhaust.

§ 8.51.020 VIOLATION - PENALTY.¶
Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter is guilty of an infraction, which, upon conviction thereof, is punishable in accordance with the provisions of § 1.12.010.
