§ 2.48.010 AUTHORIZATION OF CONTRACT.¶
A contract is authorized between the Mayor and City Council and the Board of Administration, state employees’ retirement system; a copy of said contract is attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter and marked Exhibit A, and by such reference made a part hereof as though herein set out in full.

§ 2.48.020 AUTHORITY OF MAYOR TO EXECUTE CONTRACT.¶
The Mayor of the city is authorized, empowered and directed to execute said contract for and on behalf of said agency.
