§ 2.08.010 TREASURER FUNCTION.¶
All duties of the City Treasurer are transferred to the Department of Finance and Management Services. Upon the completion of the term of office of the elected City Treasurer holding office upon adoption of the ordinance incorporated in this chapter, the City Manager shall appoint the Director of Finance and Management Services, or other duly qualified person, to carry out all functions of the City Treasurer.
