§ 12.1301 Juvenile Justice Commission.

The Juvenile Justice Commission of the County of San Bernardino is hereby designated as the Delinquency Prevention Commission for the County of San Bernardino, pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code § 233.

§ 12.1302 Duties.

The Juvenile Justice Commission, serving as the Delinquency Prevention Commission, shall coordinate on a County-wide basis the work of those governmental and nongovernmental organizations engaged in activities designed to prevent juvenile delinquency, and it shall perform any other functions or responsibilities assigned or granted to the Delinquency Prevention Commission by the Welfare and Institutions Code of the State of California.

§ 12.1303 Appointment of Members.

The procedure for appointing new members to the Juvenile Justice Commission, in its capacity as the Delinquency Prevention Commission for the County of San Bernardino, and the terms of office of the members thereof, shall be governed by Welfare and Institutions Code § 225.
