Chapter 84.13 — MASSAGE SERVICES

§ 84.13.010 Purpose. ¶
The purpose of this Chapter is to provide development standards for establishments providing massage services. (Ord. 4011, passed - -2007)
§ 84.13.020 Applicability. ¶
The development standards provided in this Chapter shall apply to massage services where allowed in compliance with the provisions of Division 2 (Land Use Zoning Districts and Allowed Land Uses). (Ord. 4011, passed - -2007)
§ 84.13.030 Development Standards. ¶
A business providing massage services shall be located at least 750 feet from another business providing massage services or from any adult oriented business.
