§ 5.01.610 TITLE.

This article shall be known as the “Road Maintenance Impact Fee.” (Ord. 962, § 29, 2017)

§ 5.01.620 PURPOSE.

The purpose of this article is to impose development impact fees to fund the cost of road maintenance equipment, the need for which is generated by new development within the county. (Ord. 962, § 30, 2017)

§ 5.01.630 IMPOSITION OF FEE.

The Road Maintenance Impact Fee shall be imposed on new development within the county in the amount of $598 for each single family residence, $548 for each multi-family residence, $0.114 per square foot of commercial development, $0.087 per square foot of office development, and $0.051 per square foot of industrial development. (Ord. 962, § 31, 2017)

§ 5.01.640 PAYMENT OF FEE.

No building permit shall be approved or issued for property within the county unless the development impact fee for that property is paid as required by this article. (Ord. 962, § 32, 2017)
