Sec. 7.1. - CONDUCT OF BUSINESS—NOISY, ETC., MANNER; USE OF PUBLIC STREETS:

It is hereby declared unlawful for any person to engage in the business of wrecking or salvaging automobiles or selling parts or portions of wrecked or salvaged automobiles, to conduct his business in an unreasonably noisy, dirty or unclean manner, or to use any portion of any public street for the conduct of the business or for the placing of any automobile or part thereof intended to be, or for the purpose of being, wrecked or taken apart.

Sec. 7.2. - CONDUCT OF BUSINESS—PUBLIC NUISANCE, ETC.:

It is hereby declared unlawful for any person to conduct the business of wrecking or salvaging automobiles or selling parts or portions of wrecked or salvaged automobiles so that the business shall become a public nuisance or shall interfere or inconvenience adjoining property owners or places of business.

Sec. 7.3. - PERMIT TO WRECK AUTOMOBILE—REQUIRED:

It is hereby declared unlawful for any person to wreck or take apart any automobile or any part thereof without first making application therefor as provided in Section 7.4 and securing a written permit from the Police Department.

Sec. 7.4. - PERMIT TO WRECK AUTOMOBILE—APPLICATION:

The application referred to in the preceding section shall state the following:

A. The name of the person desiring to wreck the automobile.

B. The name of the person from whom the automobile was secured or purchased by the applicant.

C. The place where the automobile is now located.

D. The place where it is intended to wreck or take apart the automobile.

E. The make of the automobile, together with the engine number thereof and the State license number for the last year of the registration of the automobile.

F. The nature of the title of the person intending to wreck the automobile.
