Sec. 5.75. - APPLICATION OF PROVISIONS TO BUSINESSES:

The provisions of Articles I through IV of this Chapter to the contrary notwithstanding, any business operation or enterprise licensed to do business in the City, shall be permitted to maintain, keep, train, show and/or exhibit such animals, mammals, fish, reptiles, birds, and/or fowl necessary or convenient to conduct such operation or enterprise; provided however, that such activity shall be directly related to the basic purposes of such operation or enterprise.
