Sec. 14.29. - PURPOSE; CITY MAY IMPOSE ADDITIONAL CHARGES:¶
A. A franchise fee may be established by resolution of the City Council and may be modified by the City Council at any time during the term of any franchise.
B. The City Council is authorized to establish or modify any other fee related to the provision of solid waste collection services by resolution.

Sec. 14.31. - MAXIMUM RATES TO BE ESTABLISHED BY RESOLUTION:¶
The maximum rates for sanitary inspection and refuse collection services that may be charged by any Refuse Collector shall be approved by resolution of the City Council, pursuant to the requirements set forth in the franchise agreement.
