§ 4-2.501. Hours of operation.¶
It is unlawful for any person, as employee or otherwise, to open, conduct, run or operate a public billiard or pool room, or place where billiards or pool may be played for money, between the hours of 12 Midnight and 5:00 a.m. of the following day. Such places shall be closed and shall remain closed between such hours.
