§ 4-2.401. Endurance contests unlawful.¶
It is unlawful for any person to conduct, carry on or participate in any dance marathon contest or exhibition, walkathon contest or exhibition, tree sitting, pole sitting or platform endurance contest or exhibition or any other endurance contest of a nature similar to any dance marathon, walkathon, tree sitting, pole sitting or platform endurance contest or exhibition.
