§ 12-2.01. Defacing piers or wharves.¶
It is unlawful for any person to write, cut, mark, stain, or otherwise deface any portion of any pier or wharf within the City, or any building or attachment thereon, or to in any way deface, damage, or remove any bench, seat, or appliance or equipment thereon or thereof.

§ 12-2.02. Littering piers or wharves.¶
It is unlawful for any person to leave any paper, fish, fish bait, clam shell, or the remnants from cleaning any fish or any other debris of any kind or character upon any pier or wharf within the City.

§ 12-2.03. Tampering with life-saving equipment.¶
It is unlawful for any person to unwind, remove, or in any way tamper with any buoy, lifeline, rope, reel, or other paraphernalia connected with any life-saving apparatus on any pier or wharf within the City, unless it is to use the same for purposes for which they are intended and only for the purpose of attempting to rescue or save any person in actual or apparent danger.

§ 12-2.04. Tampering with lighting systems.¶
It is unlawful for any person to break, destroy, or otherwise tamper with any electric light pole, globe, light, or other material belonging or connected with the electric lighting system of any pier or wharf within the City or any electric lighting system in the City.

§ 12-2.05. Sale of merchandise on piers or wharves.¶
It is unlawful for any person to peddle or sell any goods, merchandise, or service on any pier or wharf within the City, unless such person shall have first obtained permission from the City authorizing the sale of such goods, merchandise, or service.

§ 12-2.06. Dogs.¶
Dogs, with or without a leash, are hereby prohibited on any portion of any pier or wharf within the City.

§ 12-2.07. Bicycle and skateboard riding.¶
(a) Bicycle riding is prohibited on any portion of any pier, wharf, public area, parking structure, or City-owned property where noted, except as may be otherwise provided for in this Code.
(b) Riding of skateboards, or use of roller skates or in-line skates is prohibited on any portion of any pier, wharf, public area, parking structure, or City-owned property except as permitted in subsection (c) of this provision.
(c) Skateboarding shall be permitted on any portion of International Boardwalk Pad #10 which is hereby designated by signage as a skateboard park. Skateboard park shall be defined as a City of Redondo Beach designated skateboarding recreational facility. Use of the skateboard park shall be governed by the skateboard park Regulations codified in Title 4, Chapter 37 of this Code.
| The use of any skateboard park shall be deemed a hazardous recreational activity within the meaning of California Government Code Section 831.7 . The City of Redondo Beach shall not be held liable for injuries incurred by persons who participate in any such hazardous recreational activity. All persons who use skateboard parks do so at their own risk. |

§ 12-2.08. Diving restricted.¶
It is unlawful for any person to dive or jump from any portion of any pier or wharf within the City.

§ 12-2.09. Fishing from piers or wharves.¶
Fishing from any pier or wharf within the City shall be permitted, except in locations where safety considerations require the designation of specific "no fishing" areas. All fishing from any pier or wharf shall be subject to the following conditions:
(a) No overhead casting shall be permitted at any time.
(b) No individual shall occupy more than two fishing positions or have more than two fishing lines in the water at any one time.

§ 12-2.10. Deliveries.¶
(a) Commercial deliveries to any business located in the Pier and Pier Plaza areas, if accessed from Torrance Boulevard, are prohibited between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. of the following day, daily.
(b) Commercial deliveries to any business located in the Pier, Pier Plaza and International Boardwalk, if accessed from Harbor Drive or the Redondo Beach Marina parking lot, are allowed between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Monday to Friday.
(c) Any commercial vehicle having more than six tires, two axles and being comprised of more than a single unit are prohibited from making deliveries from Harbor Drive or the Redondo Beach Marina parking lot.
| Any commercial vehicle having a manufacturer's gross vehicle weight as defined in Section 390 of the California Vehicle Code of 10,000 pounds or more is prohibited from using the International Boardwalk. |
