5.72.430: GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:¶

During any state of war emergency, state of emergency or local emergency as defined in the California emergency services act (chapter 7 of division 1 of title 2 of the Government Code), as amended, each ambulance service operator shall provide equipment, facilities and personnel as required by the city manager.
