Redlands Municipal Code Ch. 5.52 Secondhand Dealers

It is unlawful to buy or sell or otherwise deal as a business in secondhand bicycles, diamonds, silverware, jewelry, old gold or silver, firearms or any of such articles, without keeping a record of all such articles so purchased, acquired and sold, which record shall at all times during business hours be open to the inspection of the chief of police or any police officer of the city. Such record shall be kept upon a blank to be furnished by the city and shall show the name and address of the persons from whom the same was purchased or acquired and to whom sold and the date of purchase and sale. (Prior code § 2352)
