2.32.010 - Election day established.

The general municipal elections of the town shall be consolidated with the statewide election date in accordance with Elections Code sections 1301, 1000 to 10735, and 14050 to 14057, as amended, beginning with the year 2018.

2.32.020 - Term.

Town officers are elected to serve a four-[year] term of office. The four-year terms for the elected officials that are scheduled to end in 2017 and 2019 are each hereby extended by twelve months to end in 2018 and 2020 respectively.
