Sec. 3-3.01. - Title.¶
This chapter shall be known as the "Uniform Local Sales and Use Tax Law of the County of Plumas".

Sec. 3-3.02. - Purpose.¶
The Board hereby declares that the provisions of this chapter are adopted to achieve the following, among other, purposes and directs that said provisions be interpreted in order to accomplish those purposes:

To adopt a sales and use tax law which complies with the requirements and limitations contained in Part
