Chapter 6 — TRAINING LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS

Sec. 2-6.01. - Declaration of adherence to standards.¶
While receiving aid from the State pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 1 of Part 4 of Title 4 of the Penal Code of the State, the County shall adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training.

Sec. 2-6.02. - Declaration of adherence to standards for Public Safety Dispatchers.¶
While receiving aid from the State pursuant to the provisions of Section 13510(c), Chapter 1 of Title 4 of Part 4 of the Penal Code of the State of California, the County shall adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the California Commission on Peace Officers Standards and Training (POST) for Public Safety Dispatchers.
